Social Media Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Transform existing 5–8 minute episodes from YouTube/Facebook into short-form clips (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).

• Upload and schedule episode content on TikTok and Instagram.

• Adapt podcast audio/text content for distribution on platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Audible.

• Ensure a consistent posting schedule and maintain a content calendar across all platforms.

• Propose platform-specific strategies to enhance subscriber and follower growth.

• Determine the most suitable platforms for various content types (e.g., short-form vs. long-form).

• Track engagement and follower growth, providing regular performance reports.

• Recommend enhancements to content format, pacing, or presentation style.

• Basic video editing and cleanup of AI-avatar-generated episodes (HeyGen output) (Bonus).

• Conduct light graphic design for thumbnails, cover art, or promotional posts (Bonus).

• Provide suggestions to improve the AI avatar presentation or overall production quality (Bonus).

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts and content calendars across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

• Experience in repurposing long-form video content into short-form formats (Reels/Shorts/TikToks).

• Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Audible).

• Strong knowledge of best practices and content trends specific to each platform.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable collaborating with a client who is new to content creation and receptive to guidance.

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Rush, or similar) (Nice to Have).

• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) (Nice to Have).

• Experience with AI avatar tools such as HeyGen (Nice to Have).

• Interest or background in faith-based, Christian, or values-driven content (Nice to Have).
