This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Define and enhance the brand's Social Media and Community strategy
• Oversee organic content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms
• Cultivate engaged communities, transforming followers into dedicated fans
• Collaborate strategically with creators and influencers
• Lead and mentor the team, establishing processes and management routines
• Partner directly with executive leadership to develop the brand strategy
• Proven experience in leading Social Media, Community, or Brand Content teams
• Demonstrated success in creating content strategies for prominent brands
• Familiarity with communities, creators, and influencer initiatives
• Experience in managing personnel and organizing operations
• Understanding of branding, social/community metrics, and project management
• Background in education, technology, the creator economy, or entertainment (relevant differentiator)
• Proven ability to build communities from the ground up (relevant differentiator)
• Experience in high-growth environments, such as startups (relevant differentiator)
• Portfolio of examples or case studies showcasing viral organic campaigns (relevant differentiator)
