Working Student – SAP Authorization Concept

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management and creation of SAP roles

• Converting business role requirements into technical SAP authorization objects

• Collaborating directly with an external SAP consulting firm on role definitions and standards

• Implementing best practices for SAP authorization and principles of segregation of duties (SoD)

• Engaging in technical design sessions and executing the agreed configurations

• Conducting role tests within the SAP system and documenting the outcomes

• Coordinating with the project lead for functional validation

• Maintaining documentation for concepts (role catalog, SoD matrix, change log)

• Monitoring open items, decisions, and configuration modifications

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics or a related technical discipline

• Strong analytical and organized thinking abilities

• Detail-oriented and precise work ethic

• Capability to work autonomously and handle documentation with care

• Basic understanding of SAP systems is advantageous

• Interest in IT governance, compliance, or enterprise systems
