This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Take charge of developing DA/SMP opportunities across multiple accounts simultaneously, transitioning to coaching as deals advance through the sales process.
⢠Effectively communicate the Atos value proposition in a persuasive manner to both new and existing clients.
⢠Facilitate the Atos innovation workshops with skill and expertise.
⢠Lead the articulation and presentation of the DA/SMP roadmap to clients.
⢠Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope, proposing appropriate requirements and acceptance criteria to eliminate ambiguity.
⢠Cultivate, sustain, and utilize strong relationships with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and IT Decision Makers (ITDMs) within each account to encourage adoption.
⢠Clearly outline optimal solutions and business outcomes, and create a āsuccess planā that includes customer objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics required for achievement.
⢠Act as the āVoice of the Customerā within Atos, documenting customer success stories driven by business value and best practices.
⢠Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in strategy and offerings: CTO, Marketing, Delivery, Engineering, and Sales organizations to identify and promote disruptive service innovations, incorporating competitive insights and customer priorities into the development process.
⢠Minimum of five years of experience in pre-sales, solutions, or consulting roles for national and international clients in relevant or SMP solutions.
⢠Familiarity with AIDLC, Service Now, Salesforce, and/or SAP.
⢠Comprehensive understanding of current market trends and familiarity with the latest technologies, along with the ability to guide clients toward the most suitable outcomes.
⢠Proficient in engaging and communicating effectively with clients, including senior management and engineers.
⢠Demonstrated ability to take initiative, make decisions, and drive execution (a proactive doer!).
⢠Proven track record in developing and executing business plans, with experience in sales and presales.
⢠Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong presentation capabilities.
⢠Highly organized with a focus on client and business outcome-oriented KPIs.
