SAP Practice Lead – SAP GROW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build and oversee the SAP GROW practice, which includes setting delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices.

• Develop and sustain a high-performing team of consultants specializing in SAP functional, technical, integration, and data migration.

• Establish governance frameworks, quality standards, and processes for delivery excellence.

• Mentor consultants, solution architects, and project managers involved in SAP Cloud engagements.

• Create reusable accelerators, templates, and implementation tools to enhance delivery efficiency.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and client leadership teams.

• Lead transformation initiatives for SAP GROW and provide executive oversight across various projects.

• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and guide clients toward SAP best practices.

• Ensure the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition following the SAP Activate methodology.

• Manage project risks, escalations, resource allocation, and quality of delivery.

• Assist sales and business development teams in identifying and qualifying SAP opportunities.

• Facilitate solution discussions, discovery workshops, and client presentations.

• Engage in proposal development, statements of work (SOW), and effort estimations.

• Help shape SAP Cloud transformation roadmaps and value propositions for potential clients.

• Support strategic alliances with SAP and implementation partners.

• Develop hiring strategies and workforce planning for the SAP GROW practice.

• Identify market opportunities and emerging trends in SAP Cloud.

• Assist in onboarding, training, and certification initiatives for consultants.

• Drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure practice profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in SAP consulting.

• More than 5 years in leadership roles within SAP practices, delivery organizations, or large-scale SAP transformation programs.

• Demonstrated success in leading multiple concurrent SAP implementation projects.

• Strong comprehension of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Professional Services business processes.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
