SAP Basis Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer support and maintenance for the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, HANA database, SAP PO, SAP GRC-NFE, SAP SSO, and IDM, ensuring the overall stability of the systems;

• Address client inquiries, implement enhancements and configurations, and manage additional requests through the SAP Rise ticketing system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related discipline;

• Extensive experience with: SAP HANA, SAP COCKPIT, SAP S/4 Fiori, SAP PO, SAP IDM, SAP GRC-NFE, SAP GRC-AC, Solution Manager (including Monitoring, LMDB, EWA, and DVM reports), SLD/SLT, Content Server, Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connector, and Linux operating systems;

• Knowledge of virtualization platforms, backup tool integration, and networking;

• Proficient in English;

• Work schedule: may involve a 12x36 shift rotation or an alternative 5x2 schedule.
