This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement thorough Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for SAP GROW initiatives.
• Create change management roadmaps that align with project goals, timelines, and business objectives.
• Perform change impact assessments and assess organizational readiness.
• Identify potential adoption risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure successful transformation results.
• Develop engagement and communication plans for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Establish strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, managers, and end users.
• Facilitate alignment and sponsorship activities among leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and aid decision-making throughout the transformation process.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance awareness, engagement, and adoption.
• Create vital project communications, including presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and executive updates.
• Design and oversee training strategies and learning programs for end users.
• Measure organizational readiness and track adoption progress.
• Support business process transitions in accordance with SAP best practices and Fit-to-Standard methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in Change Management, particularly in large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• More than 3 years of experience in ERP transformation, preferably with SAP.
• Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Proficient in Stakeholder Management.
• Skilled in Communications Strategy.
• Experience in Training & Learning Programs.
• Background in Business Transformation.
• Knowledge of User Adoption & Readiness.
• Experience with supporting SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or Cloud transformation projects.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
