
Working Student, Sales – Lead Qualification

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead management: Support the distribution of leads to the Sales team and input them into our CRM system.
• Lead qualification: Assess incoming leads through online research, phone calls, or other similar methods.
• Data analysis: Evaluate campaign and website performance utilizing tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot.
• Outbound calling for lead generation.
• You must be an enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally pursuing a relevant degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Business Administration/Economics, or a related discipline.
• Organizational skills: You possess a structured approach, maintain an overview, and enjoy meticulously planning and executing projects.
• Some experience: Practical exposure in digital marketing (e.g., internships, academic projects) is beneficial.
• Tools and systems: Preferably, you have basic knowledge of marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Ads.
• Analytical mindset: You have an affinity for numbers, data, and the analysis of marketing metrics.
• Technical interest: A foundational understanding of topics such as SEO, SEA, or conversion rate optimization.
• Creativity and organization: You take the initiative in generating new ideas and have a systematic approach to work.
• Opportunity to write your Bachelor's or Master's thesis in consultation.
