This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Meet defined sales objectives through partnerships with B2B channel partners.
• Create and execute annual sales plans for channels that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Cultivate and manage partner relationships to ensure effective collaboration and success.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new channel partners to enhance market presence.
• Provide continuous sales training and motivation to partner sales teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for all channel accounts under management.
• Supervise partner agreements and guarantee adherence to established conditions.
• Work alongside internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Support) to ensure partner achievements.
• Predict sales performance and keep precise records in the CRM system.
• Discover and nurture new channel opportunities for business expansion.
• Demonstrated professional experience in channel sales, ideally within the IT or software sectors.
• Proven success in developing and managing sales teams.
• Experience in leading local market initiatives is a notable advantage.
• Understanding of software licensing models and B2B sales methodologies.
• Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) and/or M&E (Media & Entertainment) sectors is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CAD, BIM, 3D design, or visualization tools is advantageous.
• Language: Professional working proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, and fluency in English are essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Familiarity with order processing systems and Google Apps.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and planning capabilities.
• A customer-oriented and cooperative team player.
• Must be prepared to travel up to 20% of the time.
