This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to develop and implement Swaarm’s sales strategy for the Southeast Asia region.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Present and sell Swaarm’s innovative marketing and attribution platform to both new and existing clients.
• Cultivate strong relationships and serve as the primary representative of Swaarm for agencies, advertisers, and affiliate networks throughout Southeast Asia.
• Act as an ambassador for Swaarm to global clients, promoting our company and products effectively.
• Maintain a sales quota and work diligently to meet or exceed set targets.
• Travel to client meetings and industry events, which may involve up to 30% travel.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in measurement and/or mobile performance marketing within Ad Networks or Affiliate ecosystems.
• B2B SaaS sales experience is highly advantageous.
• Bonus: Familiarity with search monetization or iGaming, two rapidly growing sectors in Southeast Asia.
• Understanding of concepts such as Tracking, Attribution, and Ad Serving, and their implications for digital advertising businesses.
• A robust network within the SEA app, performance marketing, or affiliate landscape.
• Proficient in using CRM tools like HubSpot or comparable platforms.
• Possess a proactive and inquisitive mindset, willing to challenge conventional thinking, take initiative, and ask insightful questions.
• Demonstrated success in managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented, with a consistent drive to surpass sales objectives.
• Proficient in English; additional Southeast Asian languages (such as Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa, Tagalog, etc.) are a significant advantage.
