This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Lead Radformation’s strategy for commercial growth across the LATAM region.
• Propel revenue growth through direct sales efforts and partnerships with distributors.
• Formulate and implement the commercial strategy for LATAM, focusing on market prioritization, territory planning, channel strategy, and resource distribution.
• Take ownership of bookings, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth across the LATAM region.
• Work in collaboration with our Channel Manager to enhance distributor performance throughout LATAM.
• Assess, develop, and ensure distributors meet expectations for revenue performance, pipeline development, and market coverage.
• Create, train, and support distributor teams to enhance product knowledge, pipeline generation, and revenue results.
• Recruit, develop, and oversee Regional Account Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists as the LATAM organization expands.
• Handle direct sales activities in areas without distributor partnerships.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, strategic reference sites, and top academic institutions across LATAM.
• Boost Radformation’s brand visibility and market presence through strategic marketing initiatives, customer advocacy programs, participation in conferences, and empowering distributors.
• Formulate and execute organizational growth plans for LATAM, including recruiting, training, and recognizing regional support needs.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs on market clearance activities and regional expansion priorities.
• Travel throughout LATAM to assist customers, distributors, attend conferences, and support business development initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in radiation oncology sales.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership or managing a sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing both direct and distributor-led sales models across various countries.
• Experience in leading remote teams across different countries and cultures.
• Familiarity with selling through public-sector procurement processes and distributor-led sales channels.
• Experience engaging with national health systems, academic medical centers, or large healthcare networks.
• Proven ability to create accurate forecasts and manage pipeline performance effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and analytics; familiarity with Salesforce is preferable.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required.
• Willingness to travel throughout LATAM approximately 40–60% of the time.
