This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Pre-screening & initial contact: Engage with interested candidates through phone or digital means, respond to initial inquiries, and evaluate if our offerings align with their aspirations.
• Qualification: Assess applicants against established criteria to determine their eligibility for our courses and funding options (e.g., education vouchers).
• Applicant management: Oversee the entire process from the initial inquiry to the transition to our senior consultants, ensuring that all information remains intact.
• Data quality & tools: Manage our CRM system and acquire skills to keep digital sales pipelines organized effectively.
• Support & research: Provide assistance to the team with administrative duties, communication with employment agencies, and exploring new sales opportunities.
• You must be enrolled as a regular student at a university.
• Enjoy engaging with people: You should be comfortable communicating over the phone and able to adapt empathetically to various conversation partners.
• Digital affinity: You are proficient in the digital realm and familiar with tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets); prior experience with a CRM system is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Working style: You demonstrate a structured, reliable, and independent work ethic. You take initiative and do not simply wait for guidance.
• Language: You possess excellent German language skills, both spoken and written (C2/native speaker), as the position requires extensive written and verbal communication.
