• Customer acquisition and sales: Engage in active outreach to students and faculty at your university to acquire new customers, utilizing methods such as distributing flyers, participating in WhatsApp groups, or posting in online forums.

• Platform presentation: Introduce efactory1 to students and other campus audiences as an academic ghostwriting platform.

• Marketing and communication: Utilize provided marketing materials, including your personal sales/referral code and discount codes for potential customers.

• Customer support: Maintain relationships and provide guidance to interested individuals regarding our services.

• Support with order processing: Clarify efactory1's processes and workflows while assisting prospects through their decision-making journey.
