This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Handles detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) aimed at acquiring new clients, enhancing client relationships, and retaining current clients across all business units.
• Establishes the necessary foundational content for proposal drafting.
• Creates customized and tailored content for both solicited and proactive proposals to deliver solutions on behalf of clients in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
• Acts as a project manager leading the market team through the production and review processes, crafting client-focused proposal packages that align with the team’s vision, business strategy, and the needs of prospects.
• Keeps up a high level of knowledge regarding supported products and services by engaging in training sessions, reviewing internal and external communications, and utilizing this knowledge in the development of proposals and requests for information.
• Recognizes and manages the inherent risks linked to the creation and distribution of proposals and requests for information within a highly regulated and competitive sector.
• Pursues self-education on relevant technologies and tools through training modules, participation in conferences, webinars, and other available resources.
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in proposal writing.
• Preferred experience in Treasury Management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, ideation, and graphic creation will be given priority.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
