This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cold calling: You will initiate contact with prospective customers by picking up the phone.
• Pitching: You will effectively present our concepts and engage your audience with our solutions.
• Closing (appointments): Your objective is clear: you will schedule confirmed appointments for our sales experts and ideally set the stage for on-site tastings.
• Strategy: You will collaborate closely with Business Development to analyze new target demographics and refine sales pitches.
• University status: You are required to provide a valid enrollment certificate from a German university or university of applied sciences and must be at least in your third semester.
• Language skills: You possess German language proficiency at a C2 level, enabling you to be confident and quick-witted in spontaneous phone conversations.
• Communication skills: You enjoy engaging with people and can articulate your thoughts clearly and persuasively.
• Mindset: You have a proactive mentality, are hands-on, and maintain your positivity and determination even after facing repeated rejections.
• Foodie: You are enthusiastic about pitching innovative food concepts to enhance catering for thousands of employees.
