Working Student, Quality Assurance (QA)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist in ensuring the quality of our website and application projects, as well as our tracking and analytics implementations across various platforms.

• Guarantee the reliable performance of our web, app, and TV applications by developing structured test cases.

• Conduct functional, technical, and visual testing across different devices, browsers, and platforms.

• Evaluate (tracking) implementations and ensure smooth releases through regression testing.

• Clearly document bugs and test results, track them, and utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Support acceptance processes, from preparing test data to generating the final acceptance report.

• Actively participate in the enhancement of our QA processes and assist in the expansion of automated testing and analysis techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Media Informatics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Familiar with concepts such as events, APIs, and network requests.

• Passionate about quality assurance, tracking, analytics, and technical processes.

• Capable of working meticulously, methodically, and analytically.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.

• Some prior experience in the QA environment, such as exposure to tracking tools or web/app analytics, is preferred.
