QA Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with over 4 years of automation experience to help guarantee the quality and dependability of our products.

• This position is perfect for individuals who excel in a dynamic environment, relish tackling complex challenges, and are dedicated to providing outstanding user experiences.

• You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to create robust automated testing solutions, enhance quality processes, and support the delivery of essential financial applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Design, develop, and sustain automated test frameworks and test cases.

• Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Work together with developers and product teams to establish testing strategies and acceptance criteria.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects until resolution.

• Conduct API testing and validate system integrations.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by incorporating automated tests into deployment processes.

• Analyze test outcomes and provide actionable insights to enhance product quality.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards for highly regulated financial applications.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Promote quality best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

• 4+ years of practical experience in QA Automation.

• Strong proficiency with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.

• Experience in testing web-based applications and APIs.

• Solid grasp of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and automation best practices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Proficient with version control systems such as Git.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
