QA Automation Technical Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidates' proficiency in QA automation, focusing on their understanding of testing frameworks, automation tools, and industry best practices.

• Work in tandem with recruitment teams to create and enhance interview questions and assessment methods that effectively measure candidates' technical abilities and suitability for QA automation positions.

• Deliver comprehensive feedback and evaluations on candidates to hiring managers, facilitating informed decision-making for QA automation recruitment.

• Remain informed about the latest trends and advancements in QA automation to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of interview questions and assessment techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in QA automation, with a strong grasp of automation testing tools like Selenium, TestComplete, Cypress, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with programming languages pertinent to automation testing, including Python, Java, or JavaScript.

• Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or coaching is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to clearly explain technical concepts and offer constructive feedback.

• Ability to conduct interviews with professionalism and neutrality.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
