Head of Marketplace Partner Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a Technical Integration / Seller Onboarding team consisting of around 8 members, offering clear direction, structured coaching, and ongoing upskilling opportunities while establishing goals, defining responsibilities, and creating scalable team frameworks for enduring success.

• Propel the strategic advancement of technical seller onboarding with an emphasis on scalability, automation, quality, and operational excellence.

• Leverage KPIs, business reviews, and performance analytics to pinpoint growth opportunities and guide strategic initiatives with tangible outcomes.

• Oversee the seller onboarding experience (NPS) from a high-level standpoint and prioritize initiatives that deliver the maximum business value.

• Work closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success to enhance processes from start to finish and facilitate sustainable marketplace growth.

• You possess several years of leadership experience within a marketplace or platform business.

• You have a robust understanding of technical integrations, operational scaling, and data-driven decision-making.

• You thrive in international and cross-functional settings, fostering connections among teams and driving alignment across stakeholders.

• You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous but not essential for success in this position.
