This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Community management: Oversee and cultivate our community on various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) in close collaboration with our social media team.
• Active engagement with our community: Address comments and messages in the Venen Engel brand's voice.
• Generate ideas and formats to boost engagement within the Venen Engel Facebook group and across our social media channels.
• Recognize and tackle pertinent topics within the community.
• Social listening: Track and evaluate mentions and sentiment regarding our brand and products.
• Perform independent research on social media, in groups, and forums to uncover trends and insights.
• Produce regular reports on opinions, trends, and competitor analysis.
• Formulate strategic recommendations based on the insights gathered.
• Content support: Assist in crafting engaging content (text, video, audio) for our community, including video editing.
• Partner with the content team to ensure the community's needs are represented in our communications.
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or similar).
• A strong passion for digital communication and a keen awareness of community dynamics.
• Empathetic and effective communication skills — you understand the community's needs and can articulate them well.
• Exceptional written German, preferably with proficiency in English.
• Analytical mindset to interpret social listening data effectively and provide actionable recommendations.
• Creative thinking and an awareness of content trends.
• Independent and organized work style.
• Experience in editing video content using CapCut.
• Nice to have: active usage and familiarity with popular social media platforms.
• Experience with Canva or similar tools for visual content creation.
• Prior knowledge or experience in medical topics.
• Flexible working hours with the option to work remotely.
• Regular team events and our renowned on-site meetings twice a year (minimal travel required).
