Community & Reputation Manager – Reddit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop Reddit communities (~60%): create subreddits from the ground up for multiple brands.

• Launch engagement programs: AMAs, weekly threads.

• Monitor search results and manage reputation (~25%): systematically track which resources appear for brand-related queries.

• Optimize profiles on Trustpilot, App Store, and Google Play.

• Analyze and report (~15%): monitor community growth metrics, engagement, and sentiment.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in community management and ORM (with at least 3 years focused on Reddit in Tier-1 markets).

• You understand how Google search results work.

• You can showcase subreddits that you have grown from scratch to significant scale.

• You have a deep understanding of Reddit's platform culture.

• You write in English at a native level.

• You can gather data and make strategic decisions based on it.

• Experience managing multiple communities and reputation for different brands simultaneously is a plus.

• Proficient in monitoring and analysis tools: Brand24, Brandwatch, Ahrefs, Semrush, Sprout Social, or similar.
