This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the communication and engagement strategy for the program, encompassing channels, editorial calendar, and mobilization actions;

• Create and coordinate content for various audiences and formats, ensuring alignment with the initiative's objectives and values;

• Support the promotion of the program and foster relationships with startups, partners, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders;

• Document and communicate results, learnings, and impact stories generated throughout the program's different phases;

• Cover events, mentoring sessions, workshops, and field activities, producing institutional materials and promotional content;

• Monitor communication and engagement metrics, developing reports and performance analyses;

• Organize and maintain an updated archive of records, evidence, and materials produced by the program;

• Serve as the community contact point, strengthening relationships among the various stakeholders involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, Project Management, Cultural Production, or related fields.

• Experience in communication, marketing, community management, or projects related to innovation, entrepreneurship, or social impact;

• Background in content production for diverse channels and audiences, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Knowledge of digital communication tools, social media, metric analysis, and production of communication materials;

• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple demands simultaneously;

• Proactive and collaborative profile with the capability to engage various audiences and stakeholders;

• Sensitivity to work in social impact contexts and availability to accompany activities in the served territories.

• Postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA in Strategic Communication, Digital Marketing, Community Management, Content Production, Project Management, Innovation, Social Impact, or related areas.
