This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the daily operations of a vast online merchant community.
• Create and implement engagement campaigns, events, and initiatives.
• Cultivate a welcoming, supportive, and high-value community atmosphere.
• Promote member-generated content, peer-to-peer assistance, and community leadership.
• Track community health metrics and consistently enhance engagement.
• Manage and expand ambassador, advocate, or community leadership programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and support top community contributors.
• Generate opportunities for members to share their expertise and success stories.
• Develop scalable systems that empower community members to contribute.
• Monitor community sentiment and detect emerging risks.
• Address sensitive discussions with empathy and professionalism.
• Collect merchant feedback and highlight actionable insights.
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and feedback initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to ensure community insights inform decision-making.
• Assist in coordinating community communications for launches, updates, and initiatives.
• Produce engaging community content and discussion prompts.
• Facilitate webinars, workshops, live sessions, and virtual events.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Community Management, Customer Marketing, Customer Success, Social Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing online communities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Comfortable analyzing data and leveraging insights to inform decisions.
• Experience in handling sensitive community discussions and escalations.
