This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee social media management by handling our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest accounts. Develop the content strategy, organize the calendar, compose the copy, schedule posts, monitor performance, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Manage community interactions by responding to comments and direct messages on both organic posts and paid advertisements. Address inquiries, stay informed about brand-relevant discussions, and relay complaints or feedback to our customer service team. Actively post on Reddit and engage genuinely with the communities our audience participates in.
• Handle influencer marketing by managing brand collaborations from start to finish. Respond to incoming collaboration requests, proactively identify creators who align with our brand, negotiate terms, provide them with thorough briefs, and ensure adherence to our brand guidelines. We seek someone capable of distinguishing between creators who will generate genuine engagement and those who merely have an appealing profile.
• Oversee content management by curating user-generated content from customers and video creators. Develop a content strategy and guide our designers to create assets for both organic social media and paid advertisements. While you won't be designing directly, you'll possess a strong understanding of quality content and provide direction accordingly.
• Engage in digital public relations by pitching and liaising with publications, blogs, and websites to feature Brick Me. Cultivate relationships with editors and writers within our industry.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in managing social and community efforts for consumer brands, with a strong preference for DTC ecommerce experience.
• Experience with Reddit is essential.
• Practical experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Exceptional written English skills — must possess strong communication abilities as the brand's voice.
• Demonstrated success in influencer outreach and digital public relations (beyond just basic social media posting).
• A strategic thinker who is also capable of executing plans effectively.
