Working Student – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and formatting of pitch decks and presentations utilizing branded PowerPoint templates.

• Contribute to various marketing deliverables.

• Implement existing translations to support articles and product screen designs in the appropriate target language using Framer and Figma.

• Oversee and assist in managing social media posts, which includes scheduling and basic engagement tracking.

• Aid in updating content for the internal newsletter.

• Write and proofread short-form copy such as job postings, meta descriptions, and social media captions, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

• Manage brand assets, templates, style guides, and maintain brand voice consistency across Noxtua and its family of sub-brands.

• Support the setup, tracking, and reporting of LinkedIn ad campaigns, particularly Thought Leader Ads.

• Work collaboratively with Product, GTM, PR, and Legal teams.

• Report directly to the Brand Marketing Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

• Must be an enrolled student.

• Demonstrated interest in B2B technology, legal technology, or SaaS sectors.

• Strong design and formatting skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma, Framer, Adobe software, or similar tools.

• Enjoyment of writing and editing short-form content.

• Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Proficient in both English and German, with excellent written and spoken skills.
