This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee and refresh the website to guarantee accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with design teams and explore design tools to facilitate continuous website enhancements.
• Develop the website content strategy and coordinate placement with the Product Marketing Director.
• Manage the partnership with the external development team to improve user experience.
• Track website analytics and provide routine performance updates.
• Formulate and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, plan, and distribute content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with comments and messages.
• Align marketing programs and campaigns with the wider marketing team.
• Design social media creative or oversee external resources to produce it.
• Assess social channel performance and provide consistent reporting.
• Assist with external marketing, channel, and sales events by providing swag, content, and other event necessities.
• Coordinate with external vendors responsible for shipments, orders, and onsite event logistics.
• Maintain inventory and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Construct and manage the blog content calendar in conjunction with the Director of Product Marketing.
• Leverage AI tools to aid in editing and publishing blog content.
• Oversee external vendors for design and writing assistance on various content initiatives.
• 1–3 years of experience in website management, social media oversight, and content creation, preferably in a corporate marketing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, social media management applications, and analytics software.
• Self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Innovative thinker with a keen interest in marketing and brand development.
