Working Student – Legal & Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist with emerging projects and matters across various departments.

• Draft correspondence, including communication with business partners.

• Gather and monitor relevant issues.

• Perform in-depth research on specific legal inquiries and engaging projects.

• Provide support to the Legal Team in negotiations and contract management.

• Aid in the continuous development of policies, guidelines, and processes, particularly those related to compliance and risk management.

• Prepare, review, and evaluate contracts, summaries, presentations, legal opinions, statements, and other legal documents in both German and English.

• Act as a liaison for internal departments and formulate initial internal recommendations regarding legal matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an advanced degree program, having completed at least five semesters (preferably passed the First State Examination), in business law, law, or a related field.

• Prior experience or internships in a company or law firm are preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and all commonly used MS applications.

• A structured, diligent, and solution-focused mindset towards work and problem-solving.

• Demonstrated independence, reliability, initiative, high commitment, and motivation.

• Keen interest in addressing legal issues and formulating solutions within a business context.

• Fluent in German and English, with both written and spoken skills at a business level.
