Claims Intern – Complex, Claims Legal, Coverage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Join one of EMC’s branch claims departments.

• Support the claims team in the investigation, negotiation, and resolution of minor multi-line claims.

• Familiarize yourself with EMC's culture, business processes, and products.

• Develop an understanding of the insurance claims process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Major in Business.

• Preferably completed the junior year of studies.

• Demonstrated interest in a career in property casualty insurance.

• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capable analytical skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Proficient decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of personal computer applications.
