Working Student – IT Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assist in IT transformation projects by coordinating designated tasks and aiding in the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

• Create AI-driven solutions and digital automations to enhance recurring project management and governance tasks, boosting efficiency and minimizing manual workload.

• Design and deploy digital workflows, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms that improve project visibility and operational efficiency.

• Recognize and refine repetitive processes by utilizing AI and automation technologies to enhance productivity and user experience.

• Develop and continuously enhance digital solutions that facilitate knowledge management, documentation, and information sharing throughout IT Transformation projects.

• Assess and trial new digital technologies and automation tools to foster ongoing improvement within the IT Transformation & Governance sector.

• Work with cross-functional teams to collect requirements, test digital solutions, and assist in the adoption of innovative working methods.

• Support project governance by ensuring high-quality documentation, reporting, and knowledge resources that enable informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• You exhibit an interest in IT organizations, digital transformation, AI, and process automation.

• Initial experience through university projects, internships, or personal initiatives involving automation, digital solutions, or project management is beneficial.

• You possess a basic understanding of AI, workflow automation, and digital collaboration technologies.

• You have foundational knowledge of project collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• You have the capability to develop or configure basic automation and digital workflow solutions using low-code or AI-enabled platforms.

• You maintain an analytical mindset with the ability to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement and automation.

• You demonstrate a structured and proactive work style, accompanied by strong organizational skills.

• You communicate fluently in English and German, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
