Working Student – IT Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the IT Transformation department in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT transformation initiatives, ensuring they align with project goals and timelines.

• Organize project activities, resources, and information to promote seamless operations and effective communication among team members.

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status updates, meeting minutes, and risk management registers.

• Monitor project progress and performance, offering regular updates and reports to Transformation Managers and other pertinent stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline.

• Have a strategic mindset with a keen interest in IT organizations and transformation processes.

• Basic familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with Miro and Power BI is advantageous.

• Organized, proactive, and enjoy collaborative work across teams.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Reside in or around the Cologne, Munich, or Sevenum area.
