• Evaluate the existing infrastructure and operational delivery models utilized by Kyndryl Germany in significant Financial Services projects.
• Perform organized research on AI-driven operational and platform trends pertinent to regulated banks and insurance companies in Germany.
• Analyze the effects of Agentic AI on IT operations, resilience, governance, and long-term platform ownership (excluding product development).
• Identify and outline 3–5 feasible future large deal archetypes (exceeding 100 M€) that are compatible with Kyndryl’s operational framework.
• Create organized presentations and executive summaries for internal discussions.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Initial practical experience acquired through internships, working student roles, or academic projects.
• Proficient user of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills with excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
• Organized, independent, and proactive working style with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Adaptable, inquisitive, and innovative, with a willingness to embrace change and the capacity to generate and propose new ideas.
