This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as the operational and financial backbone for the agency and its ventures.
• Manage bookkeeping, control expenditures, maintain organized files and systems, and assist the founder and team with recruitment, proposals, and daily operations.
• Oversee bookkeeping, financial management, and administrative support tasks.
• Create and maintain financial tracking spreadsheets for each venture, detailing revenue, expenses, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Issue invoices and manage schedules for contractor payments and renewals.
• Proficient in Xero. This is non-negotiable.
• Experience in bookkeeping with CAD and USD is essential.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets and financial sheet creation.
• Experience in developing straightforward financial trackers that provide clear visibility on revenue and major expenses.
• Previous collaboration with a founder or a small executive team is preferred.
• Passionate about organization and process optimization.
• Excellent and professional communication skills.
• Ability to write on behalf of the team comfortably.
• Familiarity with AI tools and eagerness to develop automations.
• Proficient with Slack, Google Workspace, and quick to learn new tools.
• Must be a resident of India
