This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the HR leader for ThermalWorks, collaborating closely with company leadership and the Endeavour HR team to support organizational goals and business expansion.
• Create and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with business objectives and Endeavour’s people practices.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Lead comprehensive recruitment efforts for ThermalWorks, assisting in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent in conjunction with Endeavour’s Talent team.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-accountability culture that reflects the organization’s values.
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback practices, and employee development planning.
• Identify training and leadership development opportunities to enhance employee capabilities and promote career advancement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining HR policies and practices accordingly.
• Collaborate with Endeavour HR and business operations teams on compensation, benefits administration, HR systems, reporting, and broader people initiatives, such as the ecosystem-wide intern program.
• Analyze HR metrics and organizational data to identify trends, enhance processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist with change management initiatives and guide the organization through periods of growth and transformation.
• Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism when managing sensitive employee and business matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience in an HR leadership role.
• Experience in supporting high-growth, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced organizations is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and leading strategic people initiatives.
• Multi-state and/or global workforce experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and contemporary people operations.
• Proven experience working with technicians, manufacturing, warehouse, or field-based teams, with a solid understanding of hourly workforce dynamics, scheduling, overtime, and FLSA considerations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy with operational goals.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and effective conflict-resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).
