This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with employees and management on matters pertaining to employee relations and performance management, offering insightful guidance in alignment with established policies and procedures.
β’ Develop, sustain, and enhance HR processes to support and expand the business effectively.
β’ Actively identify workforce risks and opportunities, pose the right questions, and suggest actionable solutions instead of waiting to be approached.
β’ Analyze HR data from various systems (HRIS, performance, engagement) with a critical perspective to validate the figures, uncover their true implications, and question conclusions that lack solid foundation.
β’ Influence HR policies and programs by presenting data, external benchmarks, and a well-defined perspective.
β’ Create and deliver both ad hoc and regular HR analyses; ensure data integrity and consistent methodology across all reports.
β’ Offer HR advice and support to leaders concerning legal and regulatory compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and other relevant regulations.
β’ Stay informed on the latest federal and state employment laws and compliance obligations.
β’ A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in human resources, consulting, or professional services.
β’ Proven experience in analytics and reporting, along with a strong understanding of the HR function.
β’ Proficient in computer software applications (e.g., MS Office and other relevant software as needed) and a willingness to learn new HRIS systems.
