This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conduct personalized orientations for our Caregivers to inform them about the benefits available, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of options, enrollment processes, and how to maximize their benefits.
• Provide accrual status and process sick time through Empeon and Medflyt, as necessary.
• Perform employment verifications promptly using Salesforce, Empeon, and Knowledge Base to gather accurate information.
• Deliver clear call summaries through detailed notes on Talk Desk, including defined action items for follow-up when required.
• Utilize the FlexFacts portal to assist with reimbursements and fund allocation.
• Manage Commuter Benefit forms.
• Handle HRA deposits.
• Complete email cases assigned to you in the Salesforce database within 24 to 48 hours.
• Answer incoming calls on the shared line, ensuring first contact resolution.
• Demonstrate the ability to navigate multiple platforms in a fast-paced setting.
• Exhibit the capability to handle challenging conversations and address callers' concerns with empathy and compassion.
• Consistently meet internal service level agreements and performance metrics.
• Over 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment.
• Proven history of strong customer focus and adaptability in a high call volume context.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• A commitment to providing superior customer service, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and patience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Technical proficiency, with the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Demonstrates fluency in all tools and resources specific to the role, with a strong reliance on Excel.
