Working Student, Data Analysis – Delivery Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on implementing new hardware integrations for the Heartbeat AI platform.

• Conduct data analyses on current integrations.

• Develop requirements for both software and hardware solutions.

• Assist in project management within the team.

• Create presentations for leadership and external events.

• Ensure effective coordination with both local and international teams.

• Take ownership of the definition, implementation, evaluation, and deployment of data.

• Manage key KPI tracking and convert updates into presentations.

• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

• Serve as a point of contact for partner networks and OEM partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university and able to contribute 20 hours per week.

• Pursuing a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in refining ambiguous requirements.

• Capacity to work within cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in handling large data sets and creating clear visualizations.

• Familiarity with the Google Office Suite.

• Possess an agile and results-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and work streams.

• Proficient in English and German (C1 / C2).

• Bonus qualifications include knowledge of energy markets, BigQuery, Looker, Grafana, Notion, the climate tech industry, and stakeholder collaboration.
