Working Student – Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the Customer Success team with daily operational tasks.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries.

• Receive and document support requests.

• Address basic technical questions and subject-specific inquiries.

• Must be enrolled in a university, ideally pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field.

• Have a passion for customer interaction coupled with strong, service-oriented communication abilities.

• Possess a structured and dependable work style, with the capacity to manage multiple inquiries effectively.

• Quick to grasp new concepts and have a keen interest in technical subjects.
