Customer Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire commercial order lifecycle for both customers and distributors.

• Process incoming purchase orders and ensure the accuracy of POs.

• Manage modifications and cancellations of orders.

• Initiate and monitor RMA requests, collaborating with logistics partners.

• Maintain customer master data and assist with the onboarding of new customers.

• Extensive experience in order management and customer service.

• Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle) and CRM platforms (SFDC).

• Strong attention to detail along with excellent analytical abilities.

• Capability to accurately manage customer master data.

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to coordinate across functions.
