Customer Support Specialist, Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver asynchronous customer support offline;

• Prioritize customer experience and satisfaction;

• Execute back-office (BKO) tasks;

• Assess and analyze customer inquiries and requests;

• Assist with contractual processes related to fixed-line offerings (data and voice);

• Ensure proper routing and timely follow-up of requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age;

• Completed high school diploma;

• Previous experience in customer service;

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent typing skills;

• An empathetic and assertive communicator with analytical skills, conflict resolution abilities, problem-solving mindset, a positive attitude, and the capability to personalize service;
