This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Act as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries through our ticketing platform (Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects), email, and other communication channels.
β’ Efficiently and independently manage support tickets with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
β’ Provide clear and comprehensible guidance to our customers on utilizing the Linkster Performance Cloud, aiming to deliver genuine value.
β’ Prioritize and independently handle incoming requests as per established processes.
β’ Collaborate closely with our technical team regarding bugs or other complex issues.
β’ Ensure high-quality responses and maintain short turnaround times in support.
β’ Document solutions and actively contribute to the enhancement of our knowledge management database (Help Center & internal knowledge base).
β’ Development perspective: As you gain experience, you will be afforded the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities, such as customer onboarding, quality management, or the independent management of key accounts.

β’ Enjoy working with tools and have a quick learning curve for new systems.
β’ Interest in SaaS, e-commerce, or influencer marketing (not mandatory, but advantageous).
β’ Availability of 15β20 hours per week with flexible working arrangements.
β’ Proficient in both spoken and written German and English.
β’ β¬14/hour with flexible working hours.
