Working Student – Customer Success Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Contributes to the ongoing enhancement and development of Parqet’s import functionalities.

• Engages in the analysis of PDF and CSV documents provided by brokers.

• Ensures smooth transaction imports into Parqet by submitting user data.

• Provides assistance to users facing issues in support.

• Maintains active communication with the community via email to efficiently address support requests.

• Develops and upholds parsers for PDF and CSV documents sourced from brokers.

• Organizes and standardizes transaction data for seamless import into Parqet.

• Collaborates closely with developers, support, and product management to swiftly implement requirements and feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled as a student for at least another 6 months.

• Possess a strong preference for user-friendly software and enthusiasm for improving Parqet.

• Have a solid understanding of Node.js & TypeScript, with experience in file formats such as CSV and PDF.

• Enjoy independently analyzing technical challenges and devising practical solutions.

• Exhibit a structured working style with a keen eye for detail, particularly in data processing.

• Ideally, already use Parqet and have a good understanding of its functionality.

• Be passionate about fintech, investments, and user-centric software.

• Desire to make a direct impact on potentially thousands of users within a dynamic team.
