This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary technical consultant for 5 to 7 clients utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Implement and maintain established deployment methodologies
• Oversee custom integrations, facilitating communication with clients, third-party vendors, and various partners
• Prioritize client retention while fostering future projects to identify new opportunities
• Build lasting client relationships and manage technical operations
• Enhance domain expertise through collaboration in a mutually beneficial environment
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences for all assigned clients
• Assist clients in significantly increasing their usage and adoption of Adobe products
• Support clients in achieving their business objectives by addressing queries, customizing accounts, and renewing contracts
• Collaborate closely with Sales Executives and consult with team members to ensure shared goals are achieved
• Coordinate customer support efforts to ensure prompt resolution of quality issues
• Manage requests for professional services
• Work alongside Adobe’s AEM, Connect, LiveCycle, and other teams to aid in the development of new AMIs and the deployment of new software
• Create procedures and routines that enhance and implement autoscaling capabilities
• Showcase Amazon and Azure cloud services along with advanced Adobe Command/Control systems
• Assist in upgrading systems for enterprise clients as Adobe products progress
• Collaborate with teams to provision, customize, monitor, balance, and upgrade cloud-hosted Enterprise offerings
• Prior experience with cloud hosting, specifically Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Linux, Windows Server, and Java systems
• Experience in the long-term operation, monitoring, and upgrading of Enterprise software
• Proficient in troubleshooting and managing Adobe AEM within an enterprise context, with knowledge of enterprise internet business models and online processes, terminology, concepts, and strategies
• Front-end development experience, ideally with JavaScript knowledge; familiarity with CSS is advantageous
• Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and client success
• Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and technical projects
• Excellent social, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
