This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

β’ Experience in B2B SaaS, with a background in supporting technical customers and familiarity with APIs.
β’ A coding background is not necessary, but a technical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a strong desire to learn are essential.
β’ You thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality for speed.
β’ Previous experience in a startup or scale-up setting is a plus.
β’ Recognized for your outstanding communication skills across various mediums, you actively listen, ask the right questions for efficiency, and exude positive energy. You build rapport in a casual yet professional manner.
β’ Proficient English skills, both written and verbal, are required.
β’ CRM systems are familiar territory for you, and you may also be well-acquainted with Vitally.
