β€’ Manage your own portfolio of accounts.

β€’ Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers.

β€’ Work collaboratively with teams in Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Experience in B2B SaaS, with a background in supporting technical customers and familiarity with APIs.

β€’ A coding background is not necessary, but a technical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a strong desire to learn are essential.

β€’ You thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality for speed.

β€’ Previous experience in a startup or scale-up setting is a plus.

β€’ Recognized for your outstanding communication skills across various mediums, you actively listen, ask the right questions for efficiency, and exude positive energy. You build rapport in a casual yet professional manner.

β€’ Proficient English skills, both written and verbal, are required.

β€’ CRM systems are familiar territory for you, and you may also be well-acquainted with Vitally.

β€’ Being organized comes naturally to you, allowing you to maintain focus.

β€’ You align with our philosophy of creating processes organically rather than adhering strictly to manuals and rules. You possess the ability to address customer queries with your unique perspective as a Modashian.

β€’ While prior experience in influencer marketing is not mandatory, any relevant marketing experience or knowledge in this area will certainly make your journey at Modash smoother.
