Customer Success Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist enterprise clients in the technical implementation of LumApps, ensuring a smooth integration with their current IT systems.

• Utilize Python to streamline data migrations, create custom scripts for API interactions, and connect LumApps with third-party applications.

• Work in close collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams to represent client interests, offering insights on API documentation and feature suggestions.

• Convert business requirements from HR or Communication departments into technical specifications and scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python for automation and data handling.

• Comprehensive knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript/React) and an understanding of modern SaaS architecture.

• Significant experience with REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and webhooks.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments is highly advantageous.

• Native or bilingual proficiency in French and professional proficiency in English (as LumApps operates globally).

• Capability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (HR, Communications) with clarity and empathy.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment where the product rapidly evolves.

• Proactive in identifying potential client bottlenecks before they escalate into critical issues.
