Working Student – Customer Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will become a roadsurfer Spots specialist, enabling you to independently assist our customers and hosts. As the primary point of contact, you will address inquiries about our product "spots".

• First-level support: Your role involves providing solutions to customers facing challenging travel scenarios and ensuring that all cases are resolved. You will focus on "Roadside Assistance," aided by advanced AI tools to enhance your effectiveness.

• During peak seasons, phone communication will be your primary channel (along with a user-friendly web interface).

• Booking modifications: Your tasks will include managing existing bookings, which entails updates, rebookings, cancellations, or handling complaints.

• You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Product and Finance, to enhance service quality.

• You have a passion for customer service and are eager to creatively resolve complex situations.

• You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English (additional languages are advantageous).

• You are adept at managing complaints and maintain composure in challenging scenarios.

• Your positive attitude is easily perceived by customers over the phone.

• You have a genuine enthusiasm for camping, travel, and road trips.
