Working Student, Communication & Adoption

📋 Description

• In the establishment of a new Adoption & Enablement department within the overarching IT organization, you will assist with a variety of challenging tasks.

• You will play a key role in designing and executing communication strategies related to IT services, organizational changes, and innovative working methods.

• Your responsibilities will include creating content and formats such as intranet articles, concise copy, presentations, campaign materials, and basic visuals.

• You will aid in the enhancement of existing communication channels while introducing fresh ideas for formats and points of engagement.

• You will engage in the planning and implementation of enablement and adoption initiatives, including internal events, sessions, and awareness campaigns.

• You will develop end-user training resources such as manuals, videos, or webinars.

• Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Communications, IT teams, and other corporate departments, will be essential.

• You will independently manage smaller projects and tasks related to communication and service adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently a student enrolled in Communications, Media, Business, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related degree program.

• You possess a keen interest in communication, change management, and digital collaboration.

• You thrive on contributing ideas, experimenting, and enhancing various formats.

• You have excellent written communication skills in both German and English.

• You are proficient with standard Office tools and ideally have experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms.

• You work in a well-organized and independent manner and are open to exploring new topics.

• Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through internships, student roles, or university projects.
