📋 Description

• Develop, create, and evaluate content to ensure it aligns with the brand strategy;

• Organize and tailor strategic narratives for various channels and target audiences;

• Maintain consistency in communication (tone, positioning) across all brand interactions in Brazil;

• Act as a liaison between teams (sales, events, design, etc.) to ensure aligned communication;

• Convert strategic guidelines into clear, actionable initiatives;

• Manage multiple communication channels at once, ensuring quality and timely delivery;

• Assess content data and performance to derive insights and foster ongoing improvements;

• Contribute to brand governance and standardization practices;

• Collaborate with stakeholders at various seniority levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in planning and executing content focused on the customer journey (demand generation, marketing funnel, ABM, ABX);

• Capability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans;

• Understanding of SEO/GEO, CMS management, and the creation of performance-driven content;

• Exceptional communication and writing abilities, with the skill to tailor language for diverse audiences and segments;

• Experience in producing, editing, and curating content effectively;

• Ability to formulate structured strategic and executive narratives (storytelling, articles, presentations, etc.);

• Strong and concise communication skills for presentations and executive materials;

• Highly organized to handle multiple demands concurrently with effective prioritization.
