• Develop straightforward and engaging posts for all Reliance Health social media platforms.
• Strategize weekly and monthly content in collaboration with the Manager.
• Tailor content to fit each platform, including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Craft captions, design simple graphics (or coordinate with a designer), and schedule posts.
• Assist with local-language content as necessary.
• Compose clear, concise, and human-centered messages.
• Generate blog articles, email content, social media posts, and scripts.
• Edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
• Help uphold the Reliance Health tone of voice across various markets.
• Aid in drafting internal updates, announcements, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key information to share.
• Write messages that are easily understandable for staff across all markets.
• Monitor the performance of posts and campaigns.
• Compile monthly performance dashboards.
• Utilize data to highlight effective strategies and areas for improvement.
• Recommend minor adjustments to enhance performance.
• Assist in planning and executing straightforward marketing and communications campaigns.
• Coordinate with product, sales, clinical, and leadership teams.
• Keep campaign tasks on track and provide updates on progress.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistent messaging across different markets and languages.
• Notify the Manager when content fails to align with brand values.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Leadership teams.
• Gather information and convert it into straightforward content.
• Communicate updates clearly while working remotely.
• Stay informed about social trends in the local market.
• Propose content ideas that resonate with each country’s audience.
• Assist the Manager in implementing small strategic enhancements to content and communications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any field is required.
• Completion of NYSC or possession of a valid exemption letter is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Familiarity with social media and CRM tools is a must.
• Exceptional writing skills (clarity, grammar, structure) are required.
• Ability to thrive in a remote working environment.
• Fluent in English, with an understanding of Nigerian digital culture.
• Data literacy (comfortable working with dashboards, metrics, and insights) is necessary.
• Nice To Have
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) are beneficial.
• Experience in health tech, fintech, or B2B content creation is advantageous.
• Background in working across multiple markets is a plus.
• Familiarity with Zoho and Adobe Suite is helpful.
• Prior experience in content creation and creative writing is preferred.
