Communications Intern

📋 Description

• Develop content tailored for clients;

• Identify and address obstacles in collaboration with clients and the Customer Success team;

• Conduct client verification in line with relevant legislation;

• Edit and proofread written materials;

• Analyze and comprehend client briefings;

• Assist in creating solutions and tools leveraging AI technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communication (Journalism, Public Relations, or similar fields) or in Languages/Literature, from the 2nd semester onward;

• Available to work Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break;

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;

• Ability to remain resilient in crisis situations and find effective resolutions;

• Collaborative mindset to achieve performance metrics;

• Organized and detail-oriented to manage large volumes of information;

• Communicative and empathetic towards others;

• Team-oriented approach to reaching objectives;

• Background knowledge in Journalism;

• Eagerness to expand knowledge in Content Production, Text Editing/Proofreading, and AI tools.
