Partner und Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Management of partnerships: Overseeing and enhancing our strategic collaboration with Microsoft.

• Development and maintenance of partner ecosystems, along with the creation of joint initiatives.

• You will meet our partners in person regularly, nurture personal relationships, actively network, and develop new collaboration opportunities through direct communication.

• Management of customer references and case studies (conceptualization, coordination, publication).

• Active promotion of topics and success stories among partners, clients, and in the public domain.

• Close cooperation with sales and product teams.

• Responsibility for our press distribution list and active management of media contacts.

• Creation and distribution of press releases, articles, and thought leadership contributions.

• Support in developing the communication strategy (social media, trade press).

• Coordination of external agencies and service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree or training in communication, business, IT, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience in partner management or PR/communication – preferably in the tech/IT sector.

• Strong sales mindset: You enjoy proactively engaging with partners, conducting conversations confidently, and strategically positioning topics.

• Excellent editorial skills and experience in writing and placing PR content.

• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and the ability to manage various stakeholders.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Several years of experience are desirable – even more important to us is your interest and passion for the role.
